Call forwarding works out of the box on Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone post-paid mobiles (and most of their resellers) — you just dial one short code.
Some prepaid and smaller MVNO plansdon't let you forward calls, so the service can't reach them. We confirm yours works with a quick test call during setup, so you're never paying for something that can't reach you.

Do I keep my existing number?
Yes. You keep the number your customers already know. All you do is set a forwarding code so calls you miss divert to our AI — your number never changes and you can cancel the forwarding any time.
What happens when I answer the call myself?
Nothing changes — the AI only ever picks up the calls you miss. We use conditional forwarding, so it only kicks in when your phone is busy, rings out, or is switched off. If you answer, you talk to the customer as normal.

Which phones and carriers work?

Is my data private?
