Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy — including a refund — regardless of anything else stated below.
The AI Voicemail service is $49/mo, billed monthly in advance with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your dashboard.
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid month and then stops — we do not charge you again. Part-months already started are generally not refunded, except where the ACL or Section 4 applies.
The Basic and Pro packs include a 21-day TooledUp trial. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged for TooledUp. (ServiceM8 may bill you separately on its own schedule — that is a separate account and separate bill.)
After the trial, the packs are billed monthly and carry a 24-month minimum term because concierge setup is provided with $0 upfront. Cancelling before the minimum term ends may trigger the early-exit fee described in our Subscription Terms (Section 5). Monthly fees already paid are generally not refundable, except where the ACL or Section 4 applies.
Cancelling TooledUp does not automatically cancel your ServiceM8 subscription — you manage that directly with ServiceM8.
Beyond your ACL rights, we will consider a refund or credit where:
Refunds are made to your original payment method via our payment provider (Stripe) and typically appear within a few business days of approval.
Cancel any subscription from the billing portal linked in your TooledUp dashboard. For a refund request or a billing question, email us at support@tooledup.com.au with your account email and the charge in question, and we will respond promptly.
